Our story
I'm Claudia, the founder of Season. I have travelled the world and spent the last few years working in tourism and hospitality, managing some of the most popular hostels in Indonesia, awarded by Hostelworld (not me).
I've hosted thousands of travellers who are chasing a season of work, and I've hired and managed hundreds of people myself. I've seen how hard it can be for travellers to find a job, and how much time it takes to maintain a fully operational team in seasonal industries with high turnover.
My dream is for Season to grow globally as a network to shorten the gap between young people and the chance to travel and work, so they can experience different cultures for an extended period. Creating a story of your own shouldn't cost you your savings when you're willing to give back and do the work. I want to open people up to the opportunities that exist, and excite them enough to go and do it.

Post roles, review structured traveller profiles at a glance, and build your reputation through reviews from the people who’ve worked for you.

A note on what we are
Season is a marketplace. We connect travellers and employers, but we are not an employer, a recruitment agency or a migration agent. Hiring decisions and working arrangements are agreed between the traveller and the employer, and we don't give visa advice.
